Our Igloos offer a cozy & unique dining experience under the evening's snowfall or starry skies. They may be rented for parties of up to 8 guests, are heated, and feature full-service dining! All Igloos have a 2-hour rental limit.

Sunday - Thursday: $50 Rental Fee
Friday - Saturday: $75 Rental Fee
NO MINIMUM SPEND REQUIRED
Important Information:
Due to space limitations, we enforce a strict maximum of 8 guests per igloo. Reservations exceeding this limit may be subject to cancellation
Guests can reschedule or cancel reservations 24 hours prior to their booking through TOCK. Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited, and outside food or beverages are not allowed.

HOW DO I BOOK AN IGLOO?
Guests can book an igloo online once reservations open. Simply choose your date & time, select any (optional) add-ons, confirm your payment, and you're good to go!
HOW MUCH ARE IGLOOS?
Igloo prices vary by date. The rental fee for Sunday - Thursday is $50, whereas Friday - Saturday is $75. There is no minimum spend fee required during your reservation.
HOW MUCH ARE ADD-ONS?
Add-ons vary by price and are listed on our booking platform. Payment for add-ons is not applied to your TOCK reservation; all igloo add-ons will be included in your final bill.
CAN I CALL TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Our staff is unable to book your reservation due to our booking software. All reservations must be done online.
HOW LONG IS AN IGLOO RENTAL?
All igloos have a 2-hour rental limit. This time limit cannot be extended as our staff requires ample time to clean the Igloo for the next party.
HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN AN IGLOO?
For safety and comfortability purposes, our Igloos have a strict 8 person capacity policy.
I HAVE A GROUP OVER 8 PEOPLE - WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Larger parties can enjoy our standard seating within our Taproom & Pergola. This seating is first come, first serve.
HOW WARM IS THE IGLOO?
Each of our Igloos are fully enclosed and should stay warm and toasty. However, jackets and small blankets are welcome for personal comfort! If your party gets too warm, our staff can assist you with opening an igloo window.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN RESERVATIONS?
If an igloo is not in use and there is sufficient time remaining in that Igloo's time-block, then a walk-in reservation is permitted. Walk-in reservations can be made in our Taproom at our Main Bar.
ARE IGLOOS STRICTLY FOR AGES 21+?
Our Igloos are for all-ages! Add ons such as a Beer/Mimosa Tower or Champagne Celebration, are strictly for ages 21+.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY IGLOO, WHAT DO I DO?
Guests can cancel reservations 24 HOURS prior to their reservation. If cancellation is available for your reservation, you will be able to cancel it from the reservation confirmation in your profile, or from within your reservation confirmation email. Refunds will not be provided for day-of cancellations or no shows.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY IGLOO DATE?
Guests can reschedule their reservations 24 HOURS prior to their original reservation. If transferring is available for your reservation, you will be able to transfer it from the reservation confirmation in your profile or by clicking “Manage” from within your reservation confirmation email.
ARE OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES PERMITTED?
We do not permit outside food or beverages. If you are celebrating a special occasion and wanted to bring a small dessert, please call our Taproom for additional information.
ARE DOGS PERMITTED?
Twin Oast Brewing is a PET-FREE FACILITY, both inside and out, with an exception to certified service animals. We kindly ask that you do not bring your pet during your visit.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN OUR IGLOOS?
Nah, we are a smoke-free campus and kindly ask that you do not smoke within our Igloos or on our property.
